Twinpalooza! Coming to a Storyland near you...

Here's the gang! A few weeks back, we took photos of the boys standing in front of a wall for this photo. All of the kids were photo shopped together and they are standing according to height...tallest to smallest. This is the ONLY way to get a photo like this. :)

We're gearing up for our big reunion in a couple of weeks and this time we're taking over Storyland. This park has no idea what kind of storm is about to hit. Should be a blast! We'll keep you updated and will of course post photos.

Something Fishy! Our day at the Aquarium...

The day started with Cole saying, "Joe" for the first time. This was the PERFECT way to start off our trip with Uncle Joey to the New England Aquarium!! And it really set the tone for the rest of the day. From our ferry ride over reading books and eating Twizzlers....to the nice woman who gave us two FREE tickets (!!!) it just seemed like the day was already planned for us. We just showed up. :)

The kids loved playing with the starfish and crabs in the Edge of the Sea Touch Tank and running up and down the ramps surrounding the giant ocean tank full of every fish imagineable. Cole had several conversations with the penguins. (Who knew he spoke penguin?!?) But Joey and I both noted that Tommy was REALLY into the whole thing. He wanted to see and touch every exhibit.

After enjoying double lobsters sitting outside at Tia's...we learned our ferry home was delayed. No worries! We found a great playground right there on the waterfront where we could see the docks. We met a little boy who helped knock down the sand castles Uncle Joey was tirelessly creating. The little boy was quickly nicknamed "Bulldozer" and he seemed to take his role very seriously. When everyone had enough...our boat appeared and we jumped on for the relaxing ride home.

Overall, it was an amazing day. Tommy is clearly a budding Oceanographer...Cole is the Penguin Whisperer...and Joe and I had a blast watching these two curious little boys light up with every new experience.

Cole reading up on trucks...specifically "diggers".

Can you see the joy on our faces after getting free tickets just moments before?

The hands-on tank was definitely a highlight....

Cole was okay until the the fish got TOO close.

Thomas the Tank Engine

Today we took the boys to see Thomas the Tank Engine at Edaville Railroad. I was SO excited to take them as they are completely obsessed with Thomas right now. It was a really fun day! They had music playing throughout the park from the show...Sir Topham Hat was there...Thomas led the train around the park on a scenic ride through the cranberry bogs and there were lots of rides and trains for the kids to explore.

It was their first visit to an amusement park and they were taking it ALL in. Here are Kevin and Cole meeting Thomas before the ride.
The nice family sitting across from us took this photo. It was HOT at this point. A rare morning in our 40 days of rain...
There's Thomas chugging us around the park! He had a great whistle and lots of steam...boys loved that...
Checking out the sights.
After our ride we decided to check out the toddler roller coaster...Cole did not like the Jolly Caterpillar.
Mike's Italian Ice? HUGE hit.
Tommy...with his engine "Duck" in hand...was practically hugging this train. It was love!
Took this on our way out of the park...these little engines were definitely running out of steam!
They fell sound asleep on the way home. Well actually, Tommy fell asleep first...and Cole proceeded to throw things at his brother to try and wake him up to play. When he didn't get result he was after, he closed his eyes at last. :)

Daddy's Home!

There is nothing better than a "daddy sighting" out the window. Clearly Cole was very excited when Kevin pulled in the driveway. :)

Poll results...

Looks like most of you know your twins!! I do feel inclined to add that a few people (who will remain anonymous) changed their answer after viewing a video from our vacation in Chatham which gave the answer away. :) haha...

Glad everyone enjoyed the poll!
