Baby Love

I took this video of the boys playing with their "baby" the other day. They love pushing around the carriage and feeding the baby their juice. We're still working on their baby handling techniques though, as baby "flinging" would not translate well into the real world.

:) Enjoy!

Camera is in the shop!

I dropped off the camera today for some minor repairs. (Under warranty...good thing we opted for that!) Should have it back in two weeks. TWO WEEKS???? I just know that something miraculous is going to happen without it. *sigh*

Anyway, I'll keep you updated and use my iPhone when possible. :)

We love olives.

Cole and Tommy LOVE black olives. Seriously. I remember in Fiji Kevin found some at a buffet and brought them to the table. The boys looked at him like he was a superhero! Anyway, Tommy has developed an interesting way of eating them. Check out this video. (The lens is covered with little boy finger prints so its slightly fuzzy, but you can see...)

Grandpa is a Rock Star

Imagine your favorite rock star walking into a room when you were a teen. Your reaction would probably be on par with the reaction my dad gets from Cole and Tommy lately. They are completely CRAZY about him! It started with Cole...he would just run to grandpa and demand to be picked up. Now Tommy is the same way and the scenes that play out as they both vie for his attention are pretty funny.

I have little photo books for the boys that have pictures of all their aunts, uncles, etc. Today, I found Cole sitting on the couch looking lovingly at a photo of his favorite rock star. He was hiding the book from Tommy at first, but that didn't last too long. The first video is Cole...second is Tommy.

Not ready for jammies...

Last night the kids weren't ready to get into their jammies, so I let them run around in diapers and socks. They thought it was so funny! Here are some videos from our playtime.

The first one is Tommy with one of their favorite books. There is a dracula at the end that says, "Bwah ah ah ah ah!" and it lights up. They love it! Now whenever they hear it...they say it too. It's so cute.

This game of chase was neverending! This clip is longer, but I love watching them interact with each other. Enjoy!

Stair Masters

Breaking news! This morning, Tommy climbed DOWN the stairs all by himself! (I was there of course.) Isn't that amazing? We've been practicing going down for about a week or so. Cole is still working on it. He loves being upstairs so much, that sometimes halfway down the stairs he'll decide he wants to go back up. :)

They face the stairs and go feet first. They slide on their belly and place their feet on the top stair, kneel on that step, then slide each foot down to the next stair, etc., all the way down. I'll try to get some video in a couple of days...right now its too hard as I'm really trying to keep them focused. I bet in another two weeks they'll both have it mastered!

Very exciting stuff!!!

Bet you can't look at this without smiling!

Okay, so I only posted 2 out of 10 photos from this session earlier today, but I got so many requests for more that I decided to post a series of pics. :) We all need a good laugh right about now. Enjoy!

This one is my personal favorite!

Making me dizzy!

Apparently, kitchen islands are truly intended to create a raceway for little boys. Every day, the boys hit the kitchen and run around and around and around and...well you get the picture.

Whether pushing their carts, or trying to get the other's toy...we are off to the races on a regular basis!!

Compliments to the chef!

Whenever the boys have a good meal...one that they are particularly happy about...they do this funny little high chair dance. It's always in unison and they think its hysterical. Some nights it goes on for quite a bit.

For some reason, they usually stop when I break out the camera. This time I hid it beside me and caught them in action.
