The pool is open!!

This morning the pool company arrived to open it for the season. We were having breakfast when all of a sudden Cole caught sight of it over his shoulder.

I think he likes it!! We had to turn our highchairs around so they could both watch the action. They just opened their mouths as the oatmeal went in and just kept staring out the window. It was so funny! Here is Tommy's reaction...

Next week the child fence gets installed around the pool, so we're ready when these guys start to move. Let summer begin!!

Masters of the Sippy Cup!

The boys have really mastered the sippy cup! Cole is SO neat...and Tommy is SO messy. =) Here is a little video to showcase their new talent...enjoy!

Playdate Photos

Today we had a playdate with our friends Nico and Isabella. I met their mom Karen through an online twins group and we finally met in person this morning. Her husband Vinny works a few days a week near us....so she was visiting from CT to see his office. It was so much fun!

Home at last!

Well we made it home in one piece - relaxed, happy and full of wonderful memories. We had a great trip visiting Grandma and Grandpa and the kids were so cute. Full of smiles and giggles the moment we arrived at the condo. =)

We also hit some pretty big milestones! Tommy said "dada" and both boys cut the same exact tooth within hours of each other. Crazy!! Oh and while Tommy was busy figuring out new sounds and talking up a storm...Cole was flirting with EVERY pretty girl that would look at him.

They loved swimming in the pool...putting their feet in the sand (proof of that above) and soaking in all the new sights, sounds and smells. Marco Island is simply gorgeous and it was the perfect location for our first family vacation.

Now...sadly...time to unpack.
